I didn't plan this career. I just refused to go back.

After COVID took my HR job and left me home with a tiny human who needed me, I did what any millennial would do: I started browsing Facebook groups.

What I found changed everything.

An arrangement of colorful flowers including pink, purple, and white blooms, intertwined with green leaves. Several disco balls with reflective mirrored surfaces are placed among the flowers, creating a festive and sparkling effect.

I spent years in Human Resources sourcing candidates, negotiating salaries, onboarding new hires, and being the person who made sure everyone had what they needed to succeed.

I was good at it. I genuinely loved the people part — reading between the lines, figuring out what someone actually needed, building trust quickly.

Then COVID hit. Job gone. Baby at home. Zero desire to put her in daycare and go back to an office.

So I started figuring out the internet.

I discovered you could get paid for social media management, virtual assisting, engagement, Facebook community management. And I realized, that's basically HR. Just online.

I took a course called The Engagement Academy, connected with hundreds of people building in the same space, and hit the ground running.

Now? My full-time income comes from DMs, community, and relationships. I get to share my truest self with the world, and I finally don't give a sh*t about what anyone thinks of me doing it.

And that feels really, really good.

What I actually believe.

I want to be an influencer, but not the kind that makes you buy things.

I want to influence the way you think about your life: your choices, your courage, your voice, your relationships. The things that actually change everything.

I believe:

• Struggling doesn't mean you're on the wrong path. It means it's worth fighting for.
• Confidence isn't something you wake up with. It's something you build through action.
• You deserve to take up space: the loud version, the emotional version, the passionate "too much" version.
• The most meaningful things rarely come easy.
• Connection is the strategy. Always has been.

I'm 37. I've lived enough life to know that most of what people call "cliché" is just a hard truth you haven't had to learn yet.

What this actually looks like as work.

I spent my career in Human Resources qualifying people, building relationships, and reading what someone really needed.

Turns out, that's exactly what lead generation and engagement is.

Now I do it for online service providers who are great at what they do but don't have the time or energy to nurture relationships themselves.

I've worked with 20+ clients across industries, managed communities, run engagement strategy, and helped women-led brands go from "posting into the void" to actually landing clients through connection.

I also built a community for creative women who want a softer, more sustainable way to grow.

A few things you'd know if we were friends.
